As your lower one leg, raise the other. Repeat this motion for an entire set. These three exercises ought to be enough to targeting the transverse abdominals. Even though the rats ate high fructose, cinnamon causes the body to lower glucose levels and manage insulin levels and making it possible to lose belly fat.
